Roofing Sales Representative
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Roofing Sales Representative to help homeowners and property owners protect one of their biggest investments—their roof. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals while delivering honest, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do- Generate new business through inspections, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Meet with homeowners and property managers to assess roofing needs
- Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently
- Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Guide customers through insurance claims when applicable
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally at all times in the field
- Proven sales experience (roofing, construction, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy enough to use CRM, email, and estimating tools
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and closing mindset
- Roofing or construction knowledge
- Experience working with insurance claims
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing book of business or referral network
- Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Hands on training and ongoing sales support
- Marketing support and lead generation (if applicable)
