Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at this exceptional full-service hotel. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and driving hotel performance.

• Actively prospect and sell to assigned market segments while delivering exceptional customer service and driving overall hotel performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned market segments, including key community members and influencers, to enhance the hotel’s visibility and financial results.
• Negotiate and close group business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Create customized proposals and deliver timely, high-quality service in a professional and engaging manner.
• Execute the hotel’s marketing and sales strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and hotel leadership team.
• Complete all required reports accurately and within established deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Prior hotel sales experience required.
• Marriott brand experience preferred.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Drive overall hotel financial performance, including Top-Line Revenue and RevPAR.
• Maintain brand compliance and successfully pass all brand QA and compliance audits.
• Consistently meet or exceed guest satisfaction score targets.
• Support a positive associate experience and team engagement.
