About Us
We are a medical spa offering a range of aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation, and professional skincare. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in a client-focused environment.

• Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and product sales.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team and front desk staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Manage patient inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and skincare products.
• Monitor sales performance, track progress, and suggest strategies to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with nurses and practitioners to ensure seamless and personalized client experiences.

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a spa, clinic, or service-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team to achieve targets.
• Highly organized, professional, and reliable.
• Knowledge or background in aesthetics, cosmetics, or beauty services is a plus.

• Base Salary: $3,000 per month
• Commission:
  Uncapped, performance-based
