This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, Toledo, OH, and/or Southern Michigan, for a Sales Representative at Nature Stone Floors. Responsibilities include actively engaging with prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of NATURE STONE® products, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Representative will conduct in-person consultations, provide customized solutions for clients' needs, and support the sales team with follow-ups and project coordination.

• Proven skills in customer service and relationship building with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
• Sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present products effectively and handle objections professionally.
• Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking to handle various client needs and meet sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn about flooring and home improvement products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
