. This is an entry-level opportunity with uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear path to leadership

$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Commission

• Build and manage your own book of business
• Prospect new customers primarily via phone outreach
• Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments using BBI’s proprietary technology
• Solve real-time logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to stay organized and handle pressure
