They are open to individuals with various levels of sales experience from entry-level to seasoned. This is an opportunity for a recent college graduate, someone with sales experience, or someone shifting into sales from another field, but has the right mentality and drive to be successful.

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to create new business opportunities and start meaningful conversations
- Set virtual and onsite meetings with decision makers at businesses of all sizes, from local operations to national brands
- Qualify leads, build relationships, and support long-term sales strategies
- Stay organized and accountable using CRM and other tools
- Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and national industry events
- Take ownership of client-facing travel, business lunches and dinners, and relationship development activities
- Receptive to feedback and willing to admit mistakes
- Always looking for ways to help and support others
- Self-motivated and eager to take on more
- Thrives on hitting goals and growing fast
- Comfortable with discomfort and pressure
- Understands how to read people and situations
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Builds trust quickly with clients and teammates
- Strong verbal communication and time management skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership preferred but not required
