Sales BDC Representative / Customer Service
Join Coughlin Automotive as a Sales BDC Representative / Customer Service agent. You will contact prospects by phone, email or text and set appointments to drive dealership sales.
Commission-based pay with annual income potential $55k-$75k. Great benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
- Contact individuals by phone, email or text to set appointments for recent dealership visitors, internet inquiries, phone ups and previous leads.
- Attention to detail, goal oriented and results driven.
- Willingness to learn and a 'Can Do' attitude.
- Effective communication with customers through email and/or text.
- High energy and enthusiasm; make 100+ contacts a day.
- Competitive pay plan in the industry.
