Sales Account Manager

Overview

Ideal candidate has a background in signage, is extremely organized, has a good team attitude, and is eager to sell. No cold calling required.

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules, calling on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Perform cost‑benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Gather needed information to accurately compile a work order (shop drawings, due dates, client information, etc.).
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback and constructive criticism.
• Collaborate with the creative team to assist with design of various products and present to clients.
• Manage projects through the duration of manufacturing, keeping the client up to date on progress.
• Respond to all emails, phone calls, and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Interact with clients to assess project outcomes and performance.
• Foresee 1‑2 months ahead to assess project lead‑times and communicate them effectively.

Base Salary: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 + Commission (based off individual and team sales)
