We are seeking a Market Development Manager (MDM) to energize TCL’s presence. You’ll be the driving force behind sales growth, brand visibility, and retail excellence in your assigned territory. From training and inspiring retail associates to executing strategies that captivate consumers, your work will redefine how people experience home entertainment.

• Lead the charge in boosting sales and profitability across your territory
• Champion retail excellence through impactful training, stunning merchandising, and hands-on support
• Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
• Track performance data and tweak strategies for maximum impact
• Represent TCL at industry events, trade shows, and promotions

• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy
• Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours a day

• $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
• Up to 20% quarterly performance bonus
