Overnight Task Team Supervisor

Position: Overnight Task Team Supervisor - Full Time
Bass Pro Shops -  - Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members by giving clear and concise direction and follow up to ensure proper execution;
Ensures adherence of all standard operating procedures and processes by team members, following up to provide training and guidance when needed;
Maintains visual presentation standards including in-store signage, proper execution of merchandise directives and planograms, merchandise recovering/front facing and general daily recovery ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers;
Ensures nightly replenishment of sales floor from backstock inventory, as well as new replenishment from the Distribution Centers and direct vendor deliveries;
Supports inventory management in partnership with the Inventory Control team by completing on demand counts, empty peg scanning, pick requests, display integrities, etc. during off peak business overnight
