Harbor Freight Tools is looking for a full‑time Retail Stocking Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail.

The anticipated rate for this position is $22.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is eligible for a monthly bonus. • Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, via email, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand or move for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to the attendance policy is necessary.
