This is a part-time, on-site PT Supervisor role located in the United States. The PT Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, support staff management, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising team members, assisting in training, ensuring compliance with store policies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and monitoring inventory. The role involves leading by example to achieve sales and operational goals while fostering a collaborative and customer‑centric work environment.

• Leadership and team management skills, including training and motivating team members
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail sales strategies
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to ensure smooth store operations
• Basic understanding of inventory management and retail policies
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
