Wardrobe Stylist

Overview

Wardrobe Therapy is seeking a Columbus-based Men's Fashion Stylist to join our growing Men's side of the business. This individual must be an experienced, self-starter stylist that knows how to work with men of all shapes, sizes, lifestyles, and budgets. Our stylists help clients achieve their desired looks by aiding them in the selection of personal style items, such as clothing, accessories and shoes.

This fashion stylist must be able to identify a client’s needs upon first consultation with a new client and deliver high level customer service to meet those needs. This candidate will also be required to maintain a book of clients with professional, consistent and effective follow-up to create repeat business and continue to grow the business.

A bachelor’s degree in a fashion related field is preferred. Must be well-versed in all areas of the fashion industry, relating to style and individual body shapes. Understanding current trends of present and past seasons is a must. Retail experience and Customer service is required.

• Effectively gathers and interprets information through active listening.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail while working with several clients at various stages of the styling process.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to achieve a desired result.
• Exhibit effective real-time decision-making and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
