Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. On occasion you may also work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.50-$14.50 depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 10-20 hours per week

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You will also kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your shift, and may climb stairs and step ladders.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write, and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
