Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing business metrics and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers also bring creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
As talent leaders, they recruit, train, engage, and develop staff, contributing to career growth within the organization.
