We are hiring a Retail Associate in Columbus, OH. Our Associates provide open, friendly and enthusiastic service to each of our customers. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic and enjoys providing excellent customer service while working at the point of sale.

Assist with various store functions and activities as directed by the store manager Perform keyholder duties as necessary Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines Assist customers with sales and other transactions while delivering amazing customer service Maintain service that is efficient, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing relevant product information Have a working knowledge of current products Provide change during customer transactions Ensure that register area is clean and presentable throughout the day Work with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store ambiance Drive sales through product recommendations Flexible to support other areas Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Need:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organization and follow-through A knack for problem solving Effective customer engagement techniques Ability to use the POS interface The cashier will need to be able to stand for multiple hours and lift items to be scanned at the register Must be able to work on-site in Columbus, OH
