You're a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you also support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• Passion for brand standards: proactively move product through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom: keep it running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative mindset: identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan actions, and correct them.
• Team player: step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity and safety: prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
