Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) position referenced for Target. The starting hourly rate is $16.00 per hour; pay range is $16.00 - $24.00 per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified, and execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about Total Store resources, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Cash handling, safety awareness, and physical capabilities including lifting up to 44 pounds and exposure to varying temperatures.
