Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support non-sales functions to enhance customer order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise as needed.
• Interact with customers or vendors as required for order status inquiries, program compliance, cash handling, or administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operational objectives.
• Work with little to some supervision, maintain focus on store-specific business objectives, and manage time effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• High level of integrity and the ability to respond to operational concerns.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and support operational responsibilities.
