Overview
Columbus Coffee Cafe Manager Full Time 40 hours
Columbus Coffee is one of New Zealand's mostrecognizedbrands serving premium cafe food and award winning coffee.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality supervisor to manage and lead our front of house and back of house team at our Cafe situated within Mitre 10 MEGA, The Valley

To be successful, you will have experience in:
- Hospitality management
- Training and development of staff
- Working in a fast paced environment with the ability to stay focused when under pressure
- Maintaining a FCP (Food Control Plan) or similar
- Managing and deliver to abudget
- Leading a team of talented BOH & FOH employees
- Reducing wastage and shrinkage
- Barista skills and artwork
Salaried 40 hours per week, you will be required towork one weekend day. Immediate start is available
