A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist I to support clinical labs and R&D groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets Develop and optimize algorithms for data processing and analysis Contribute to the development and enhancement of bioinformatics software tools
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Perl, or Java
Experience with high-throughput sequencing data and bioinformatics tools Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets Previous research experience in bioinformatics or a related field
