- Serve as a technical expert in molecular profiling from human tissue samples.
- Conduct high-throughput and genomic analysis of gene expression.
- Plan, design, execute, and manage research projects related相关 to developmental control and cancer.
- Extract, collect, analyze, and interpret research data.
- Write manuscripts, articles, abstracts, and research reports based on laboratory findings.
- Assist with development and preparation of grant proposals to obtain outside funding.
- Prepare summaries of research findings for submission to sponsoring agencies.
- Conceptualize, design and execute complex laboratory experiments.
- Plan and execute advanced molecular and cellular techniques.
- Coordinate and oversee data processing and analysis.
- Develop and implement new or revised research methodology and techniques.
- Plan and test experimental designs, sampling techniques, and analytical methods.
- Establish research controls, criteria, and standards.
- Perform critical literature analysis relevant to research.
- Collaborate with principal investigator on reports, articles, and other documents.
- Attend and present research results at national and international scientific conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Investigate, identify, and recommend potential sources of research funding.
- Participate in developing and managing grant budgets; monitor expenses.
- Monitor and enforce laboratory safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
- Provide scientific guidance and technical expertise to undergraduate, graduate, post‑doctoral fellows, and staff.
- Manage daily laboratory operations, procurement of supplies and equipment, and service contracts.
- Develop relationships and collaborations with other laboratories exit ment, and mentor and train research personnel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or ebenso 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree.
