Location: Providence Glen - Columbus, OH
Office
Hours:
Part-Time, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
You’re a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents while supporting the success of the community.
Responsibilities- Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities
- Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi
- Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verifications
- Ensure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readiness
- Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies
- Support property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasks
- Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident events
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or relevant sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
- Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
- Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
- Tax credit experience preferred
- Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance
- Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position
