Columbus, OH.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop customer relationships and provide solutions while delivering WOW!
  • Interact face-to-face with customers, building rapport.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
  • Walk the property for lock checks and unit tours.
  • Rent and sell self‑storage spaces, manage the leasing process, accept payments via POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
  • Review and approve invoices within the database.
  • Process invoices, manage reports and legal processes of auctions.
  • Oversee the store’s expense budget while maintaining supplies and inventory.
  • Physical requirements:

    daily walks, cleaning units, open/close doors (up to 50 lbs).
  • Maintain facility: mop, sweep, change lights, clean units, keep a clean and safe facility to meet company guidelines.
Qualifications
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.
  • Capable of standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.
  • Some locations may require Sunday hours.
