About the Role
We’re a real estate valuatuon and property tax services company seeking a licensed professional to file property tax appeals on behalf of homeowners.
No experience in this role is required, but you do need to be licensed as a broker, attorney, appraiser in Ohio or a CPA. You will receive training on how to do this role.
This is a contract, part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement existing work. This job reports directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do- Review property tax appeals using established company processes and documentation
- Coordinate with internal team on deadlines and filings
- Active Ohio license as a Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker, Attorney or has a CPA
- Reliable and responsive, especially during filing windows
- 2+ years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate
- Experience with residential property tax appeals
