The Client Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and delivers a seamless, professional customer experience. This role manages inbound inquiries, schedules services, and ensures clear communication between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule inspections, mitigation services, and pest control appointments accurately.
• Educate clients on services, processes, timelines, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with inspectors, technicians, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests with professionalism.
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns.

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic office tools.
• Real estate, home services, or inspection industry experience is a plus.
