IT Quality Assur Anlyt Sr. (Duck Creek

Immediate need for a talented IT Quality Assur Anlyt Sr. (Duck Creek). This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $62 - $62.80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Analyzing system requirements in ADO to formulate both manual and automated test cases based on both acceptance criteria and risk based testing.
• Participating in Scrum Ceremonies and collaborating with other QAAs on the team
• Advocating for Continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Tests moderately complexity products and systems using industry accepted techniques, methodologies, best practices, and standards.
• Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews, systems analysis, and testing review discussions.
• Assists with analysis of product requirements and risks to determine test objectives and test approaches, typically at story level. Provides input for estimating test effort.
• Tests products and systems through activities that may involve different application layers (Client, API, and database), levels of testing (unit, integration, system, system integration), types of testing (manual, automated, and acceptance), and techniques (white box and black box).
• Uses existing assets (tools, utilities, data generators, and environments) needed for testing. May use and update automated test scripts to support assigned testing work.
• Captures and reports test activity progress and results, including issues that impact testing or quality. Provides support for mitigation or resolution of issues.
• Contributes to modification or maintenance of test assets (risk analyses, risk catalogs, regression test suites) needed for effective project or product testing.
• Complies with testing standards to deliver expected work product quality. Provides recommendations to improve testing standards and processes.
• Communicates defects and performs additional testing required to confirm defect resolution.
• Our First Party Quoting Space. In this space modifications are made to the Duck Creek Commercial Auto Platform to increase our ability to acquire business.
• Our Third Party Quoting Space - In this space we work with different Vendors to create a headless Quote/Rate experience, connecting third party vendors to Commercial Auto Duck Creek for our agents to expedite their workflow and help us acquire business.

• Must have skills:
  
  - Duck Creek, Commercial Auto, Test Automation, Functional/Risk based testing, REST Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman/Newman, SQL.
• Duck Creek Experience
• Test Automation development and execution
• Insurance knowledge/experience
• Functional/Risk based testing
• API Testing experience (REST Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman/Newman)
• Knowledge of Lean/Agile practices and AZDO experience.
• Commercial Auto Experience
