* Beechwold Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our TEAM!
As a CSR, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients.
Job Overview:
* Provide customer service such as greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments.
* Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
* Update and file patient charts.
* Enter data into a computerized billing program.
* Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
* Retrieve prescriptions.
* Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements, and grooming items.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.
The Ideal Candidate :
* Possesses superior customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* Works well on a team
* Has strong communication skills
* Previous veterinary reception experience is a plus

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $16-18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
