Overview
Walk Salt Crew / Landscape Technician – Columbus, OH Pro Scape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring for a Walk Salt Crew team member that will transition into a Landscape Technician in the Spring.
Pay & Incentives- Base pay from $18.50/hr.
- Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season

- Salt, and/or shovel snow
- Trim, Edge, Mulch, Spring and Fall Cleanups
- Maintain quality and safety in all work
- Communicate with dispatch during weather events
- Work on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Reliable work ethic and urgency
- Strong communication
- Detail oriented and adaptable
- Spanish bilingual skills valued
Job Type: Fulltime
Hours: approx. 40 hrs. (weather dependent)
