Snowplow Driver / Mow Crew Lead – Columbus, OH

Pro Scape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring Seasonal Snowplow Drivers to support our winter operations.

• Base pay from $20/hr.
• Snow premiums: +$2/hr for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid at the end of snow season
• $500 sign‑on bonus (paid in two installments)
• Safety gear provided

• Plow, salt, and/or shovel snow
• Mow commercial properties
• Manage a crew
• Drive truck and trailer
• Oversee jobsite and scope of work
• Maintain quality and safety in all work
• Communicate with dispatch during weather events
• Work on‑call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)

• Experience operating a plow truck
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Reliable work ethic and urgency
• Strong communication
• Detail oriented and adaptable
• Spanish bilingual skills valued
