At Pinnacle Landscaping a Schill Grounds Management company, we take pride in delivering top-notch landscape maintenance and snow removal services to our commercial clients. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we specialize in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces that reflect the unique needs of each property. We are looking to add an Account Manager to help us grow and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities- Introduce and meet with new and existing clients to sell commercial landscape maintenance contracts, enhancement services, and snow removal contracts.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation to clients.
- Make daily customer site visits, and regular phone contact to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders, with a detailed and planned approach.
- Consistently offer additional services to customers, to educate and build customer confidence regarding the enhancement of their landscape investment.
- Schedule and plan daily activities. Meet regularly with the Branch Manager and Operations teams to review progress, sales goals and performance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Expert knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, knowledge of plant material and installation standards
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with co-workers and clients
- Project management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and prepared to work in a cooperative team environment
- Self-motivated, highly organized style
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
- Previous CRM experience using LMN or Aspire is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with record acceptable to meet fleet insurance requirements
- Previous Account Manager experience and sales experience within the green industry, preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with landscape maintenance
- Certified Landscape Professional or Certified Landscape Technician, preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM systems

Employees in this position should be able and willing to drive or travel locally as needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
