A university health center is seeking a Veterinary Care Assistant 2 to join the Small Animal Surgery team. The role involves providing care to ill and injured animals, assisting with patient assessment and treatments, and preparing patients for surgery. Successful candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week on a rotating schedule, which includes nights and weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds and exposure to animal dander.

This position offers a hiring range of $18.00 - $20.74 per hour.
