Arborist Climber

We're a growing tree service company looking for a tree climber with a strong work ethic to provide clientsćih a great experience. Responsibilities include performing a variety of climbing and ground person duties such as pruning, removal, chipping, cabling, rig Seventh? & rigging, and using hand and power tools to get the job done. You should ideally have strong communication skills, work well with other crew members, and be physically capable of performing strenuous tree care services at high heights and in all weather conditions.

• Perform tree climbing and pruning tasks with precision and safety in mind, ensuring the health and aesthetics of clients' trees.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently execute tree pruning, removal, cabling, and rigging operations, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks, maintaining equipment in top condition for optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members, providing updates and insights to ensure a.Verbal? & seamless service experience.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your team.
• Adapt to varying weather conditions and challenging heights, demonstrating resilience and commitment to quality service.
• Contribute to the cleanup and chipping process, vistos job sites tidy and client-ready after each project.

• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and with heights.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Physically able to lift (50+ lbs).
• Strong communication and teamwork ethic required.
• Valid driver’s license required; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred.

$24 - $32 hourly
