Patient Population:
Trauma, High flow and ARVO Oxygenation systems, Vasoactive Drips, Chest pain, Stroke, Sepsis, Covid

Patient Ratios: 1:3 or 1:4

Number of Beds: 32 beds

Shift: FT Days; 7am-7pm

Requirements: 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele; PCU experience preferred

Department Specifics: 77% BSN, Multidisciplinary Rounding (with Physicians, Case Management, PT/OT, etc.) for best patient outcomes and quickest recovery. Self-scheduling request system. We encourage our team to be involved in the unit through our Unit Based Council, education opportunities and other opportunities provided within Baylor.
