To qualify, you need an active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 2 years of recent ICU experience. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is essential. Strong critical care skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
