Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CVICU RN with open heart experience to join our team for night shifts. This role demands a high level of expertise and commitment to providing excellent patient care in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Assist with open heart surgeries and postoperative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have prior experience in a CVICU setting.
• Open heart surgery experience is required.
• Current RN license and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Additional certifications in critical care or related specialties are preferred.
