National Church Residences - - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and restorative nursing (range of motion, ambulation);
Assist with meals, meal setup, and monitoring food and fluid intake;
Document resident information timely and accurately in the EMR, and report changes in condition to supervisors;
Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and assist with admissions and training of new staff as assigned;
Adhere to Resident Rights, infection control protocols, and safety policies; assist nurses with assigned tasks and follow directions
