Now hiring an exceptional Nurse Manager to join our team as a Director of Nursing. This RN will have the professional skills necessary to plan, organize and deliver nursing care in accordance with current state and federal regulations.

• As the Director of Nursing you are responsible for establishing and implementing standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of nursing service objectives, facility and departmental policies and procedures, standards of practice, methods of coordination of the nursing services with other disciplines and adherence to all corporate, state and federal requirements.
• Assists in the development of the facility s annual budget and monitors the departmental expenditures.
• Operates the healthcare components in accordance with the established policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Coordinates nursing service with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers and other departments within the facility.

• Education:
  
  BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  5 years in Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Certificate/License:
  Current licensure in the state employed; CPR certification; driver’s license preferred.
• Strong desire to provide quality care to residents.
• Detail and Quality Process Oriented.
