• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes.
• Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty, including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
• Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE‑accredited or ACEN‑accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of triage procedures along with clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection‑control standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families about disease and care instructions.
• Ability to convey information in writing and verbally.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Continuous poise, tact, and diplomacy.
• Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

USD $32.21 – $47.60 per hour.
