• Provide nursing care in a critical care setting, ensuring patient safety and promoting evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients; collaborate with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual and educational components.
• Communicate pertinent information to appropriate team members in a timely manner and keep patient/family apprised.
• Document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions and outcomes in accordance with standards and policies.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and for information documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers as appropriate.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from school of nursing.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For casual RNs, 2 years of experience is required.
• All new graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are subject to participate and will be enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.
