--0 [Resident Aide / Nursing Assistant] As a Resident Assistant at Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio, you'll:
Perform and/or assist with all resident needs around activities of daily living (ADL) in a timely and proficient manner;
Clean resident rooms, laundry items, assist with bathing and perform other ADLs;
Monitor and ensure residents receive appropriate physician ordered meal trays, snacks, and fluids;
Provide all care in compliance with Resident Rights;
Assist the Activities Coordinator with activities as needed;
Assist with the dining experience.
