Nursing Supervisor:
Alum Creek & Women's Program (RN)

Maryhaven is Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern Maryhaven, Inc.

and may be directed by the VP of Alum Creek, VP of MASC, and the CMO, to ensure that the highest degree of care is maintained at all times.

• Provide planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of nursing care in accordance with current standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership (VP of Alum Creek, VP of MASC, CMO) to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations within the Alum Creek & Women s Program.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, completing a bachelor of science degree in nursing or equivalent work experience in the field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral or medical nursing required.
• AOD and/or Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred.
• Current certification in CPR required.

Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation:  Yearly Salary
