• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Collect patient health data, analyze to determine diagnoses, and identify individualized expected outcomes.
• Develop a plan of care with interventions to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty, as outlined by physicians and organizational policies.
• Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.

• Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Knowledge of triage procedures and experience in clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aids.
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations.
• Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution implementation.

USD $32.21 - $47.60 /Hr.
