Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Collect patient health data, analyze to determine diagnoses, and identify individualized expected outcomes.
- Develop a plan of care with interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty, as outlined by physicians and organizational policies.
- Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
- Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
- CPR/BLS certified.
- Knowledge of triage procedures and experience in clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aids.
- Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations.
- Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution implementation.
USD $32.21 - $47.60 /Hr.
