Columbus Health and Rehab in Columbus, WI has a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position available now! We are the premier provider of a 49-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, looking for a caring LPN to enhance the lives of those we serve.

Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

LPN License with the WI Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
