Position: Registered Nurse (RN)- Advanced Urgent Care- OSU Campus Area- 36 hours per week

Our Advanced Urgent Care team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Registered Nurses who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting—without the burden of overnight shifts. If you have a background in emergency, urgent care, or acute care, this role offers a rewarding balance of challenge, teamwork, and work–life stability. Emergency nursing experience is a strong asset, providing the rapid assessment and critical decision-making abilities needed to deliver exceptional care in our high-volume Advanced Urgent Care.

Schedule: No overnights
• Evenings & weekends required
• Shift differential available for qualifying hours

Responsibilities
  • Hours of Operation M-F 8:00am-9:30pm, S/S 8:00am-7:30pm, Holiday Rotation, shift differential and weekend differential available in addition to base pay
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
  • Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,
  • Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,
  • Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
  • Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
Qualifications

We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in:

  • Emergency Room (ER)
  • Urgent Care
  • Acute Care

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current Ohio RN licensure
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
  • Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
  • Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
Pay Range

USD $32.21 - USD $47.60 /Hr.
