Our Advanced Urgent Care team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Registered Nurses who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting—without the burden of overnight shifts. Emergency nursing experience is a strong asset, providing the rapid assessment and critical decision-making abilities needed to deliver exceptional care in our high-volume Advanced Urgent Care.

As an OSUP employee, you will be eligible for these various benefits depending on your employment status.

• Hours of Operation M-F 8:00am-9:30pm, S/S 8:00am-7:30pm, Holiday Rotation, shift differential and weekend differential available in addition to base pay
• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider, and provides a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient,
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes,
• Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes,
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
• Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current Ohio RN licensure
• CPR/BLS certified
• Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
• Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
• Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care

USD $32.21 - USD $47.60 /Hr.
