We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse for the Heart Failure and Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) Inpatient unit in Columbus, Ohio.
ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive care to heart failure and LVAD patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease management and device care
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to critical situations promptly.
