Registered Nurse (RN) – CVOR – Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,490/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented RN to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room team. The RN CVOR will provide specialized perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team throughout all phases of care.

• Prepare patients for cardiovascular surgical procedures, including pre‑op assessments and education.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations by maintaining a sterile environment and anticipating needs.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and assist with anesthesia support as directed.
• Provide post‑operative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver optimal care.

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CNOR certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of operating room experience; CVOR experience highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking skills.
