The RN Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of a team of registered nurses in a healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while providing high‑quality patient care.

• Lead and manage a team of registered nurses in providing patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing staff
• Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff
• Manage the nursing team's budget and resources
• Ensure that patient records are accurate and up‑to‑date

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
