Our nursing staff provide care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The nurse provides health assessments, monitors vitals, administers medications, and works in coordination with the team Case Managers, Therapists and Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatrists to work with our patients on their recovery and wellness goals. This person also maintains compliance with all standards to assure high quality care.

• Provide health assessments and monitor vitals for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Administer medications and coordinate with Case Managers, Therapists, and Nurse Practitioners/Psychiatrists.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support patients’ recovery and wellness goals.
• Maintain compliance with standards to ensure high quality care.

• The successful candidate will have an Ohio RN/LPN license.
• Must be willing/able to provide some community-based nursing services and transport clients in your personal vehicle.
