Join our team as a Nurse Manager – Detox at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS). LBHS delivers individualized outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication‑assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse. • Provide strategic leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring quality delivery of nursing services.
• Create and maintain nursing schedule, arranging coverage for absences.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff; manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee performance to meet departmental objectives of quality, efficiency, and productivity in evidence‑based care.
• Perform direct nursing care with clients as needed.
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Manage site medical supply inventory, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources.
• Provide nursing coverage during staffing shortages.

• Valid and current state RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment.
• Minimum 1 year managing a team in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and other applicable standards for clinical practice.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance.
• Pass BCI check, all corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

• Certified Addiction Registered Nurse (CARN) preferred.

Monday – Friday (some on‑call/ weekend duties required to support nursing team after hours).
